Become who YOU Are
A project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme
The Project
Approved in 2022, the “BeYOU Become who you are” project aims to structure the educational, professional and social orientation of young people aged between 16 and 25, through a holistic coaching course, capable of providing them with tools to discover themselves and outline their personal and professional future.
Funded by the European Union within the framework of the Erasmus + programme, the project is made up of a consortium of three organisations specialising in training with a focus on issues of personal growth and integration: the social promotion association Divieni chi sei APS for Italy, CELEI Centro de Lenguas y Educación Intercultural for Spain and the NGO Euni Partners for Bulgaria.
The project aims to create a transnational community of young people aware of their inner potential and a network of training organisations able to guide and support them along this path of awareness.

Through tried and tested coaching programmes such as CRAFT and Destinotherapy, BeYOU will provide useful tools to help the young people involved to better outline life and work choices related to their essence.
The ‘training’ activity will take the form of face-to-face self-actualisation workshops and online evolution workshops, as well as the production of teaching materials such as videos and e-books that will help to reinforce the knowledge and skills developed during the project.
The objectives of the project are also in line with specific priorities such as youth employability, i.e. strengthening the cognitive, emotional and relational skills that are fundamental for building a solid professional future; inclusion and diversity, i.e. supporting the participation of young people at risk of social exclusion, NEETs and young people at risk of being marginalised due to discriminatory factors such as disability or ethnic origin.
BeYOU is also an opportunity for the project partners to deepen and share, through targeted meetings, the different teaching techniques that will be included in a methodological guide useful for trainers, facilitators, consultants and coaches.
The first step for Italy is the first self-realisation workshop to be held at the “A. Martini” Higher Education Institute of Schio, in the province of Vicenza, which will involve fourth year students. In Spain, the workshop is promoted and organised by the partner CELEI through the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Granada.
The Target
The project primarily targets young people aged 16 to 25. This choice is motivated by the partnership’s desire to reach those young people who are at a stage of leaving secondary school and university and thus at a crucial moment of choosing their professional future.
The educational path aims to reach participants from different backgrounds, paying attention to involve those with fewer opportunities, NEETs, youth with migrant backgrounds, and people with disabilities.
In addition the partnership will equip trainers and facilitators with the skills needed to better interact and manage the diversity within the target groups.

The Methods
Destinotherapy
Destinotherapy identifies, breaks down and analyses in detail everything that can happen to you in life. It has also analysed all the ways in which you can get stuck, overwhelmed and finally give up and decide not to go any further towards your happiness.
Destinotherapy accompanies you through nine identified stages, from the lowest and most negative stage (the undefined discomfort) to the highest stage (the giving back). Destinotherapy also supports you through the intermediate stages of crisis, calling, rejection, shadow and so on.
At each stage it will help you to face the challenge, understand the message and move on.
Having broken down the path into many small parts, having considered and taken into account all the dynamics, all the events and all the obstacles that can occur along the way, those who created this method have concentrated on developing precise techniques and procedures, targeted solutions for each of these dynamics, for each of these events and for each of these possible obstacles.
Destinotherapy works with you step by step, never letting you lose your way. And when you just can’t go on, the Destinotherapist knows what to stimulate, to rekindle the right spark in you and get you back on track with confidence and serenity.
CRAFT Program
The CRAFT programme, whose acronym corresponds to five elements which are Consciousness, Relaxation, Mindfulness, Happiness and Transcendence, is a holistic programme created by Dr. Pilar Posadas de Julián that takes into account the globality of the human being. It is designed to enhance the capacities with which human beings are endowed by nature and which contribute to their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
The theoretical and experiential foundations of the programme are mindfulness, emotional intelligence, positive psychology and yoga, the benefits of which for improving quality of life, personal well-being and social relationships are supported by a growing body of neuroscientific research. The programme synthesises the contributions of neuroscience in symbiosis with these disciplines, and provides tools and resources that can be easily integrated by individuals into their daily lives and workplaces.
The objectives of the CRAFT programme are to promote self-awareness, to increase physical, mental and emotional awareness, to observe the relationship between physical posture and mental and emotional posture and attitude to life, and to know the interrelationship between thoughts, emotions and their effect on the body.
